Don't judge my mix, guys! I'm not nearly as cool as Lindsay with her music taste (and I never will be!), but I tried to put together a really fun mix with all different types of music that I thought Michelle would really enjoy. Then I also burned her a copy of my driving CD, which is called "Estella Sueña Summer 2010" because Estella Sueña is my car's name :] and I made the CD this summer:
1) Friday Night at the Drive-In Bingo by Jens Lekman

I really miss Michelle. Really, it didn't register that she was actually going to Sweden until she left. And even worse, I didn't expect to recognize that she was gone until the first morning when I tried to text and ask to rollerblade and remember that she was out of the country because it's so easy to assume that she's in her house just like normal! But the fact that I haven't heard from her in 3 full days made me realize her absence so much sooner than I expected! Michelle's my homegirl! Hahahaha! Literally! But yeah, I really miss her!
On the same lines, I miss all of you guys too! I've had practice in missing you guys though, so it's not so mentally shocking to have you guys leave. But either way, the combination of all of you being away from home makes my heart sink. I really just hate this part of the summer.
So school really is starting soon. At the end of this entry I'll post some pictures of my school. They're not significant pictures, just some random ones. But I'll explain that later.
Anyways, I didn't make it past the waiting list for Physiology. I still have the chance to try adding it when school starts but I had to add a class to hit 12+ units (to be full time and thus to keep me on my mom's medical insurance policy for free) so I almost took Intro to Tap, but then realized it conflicted with another class :[ So I'm in Intro to Religious Studies, because it was the easiest sounding class (and by easiest I mean, all of the other ones were either Chicano studies, or upper level classes that I'm not allowed to take, uhh). I think next semester, though, that I'm going to try working Tap into my schedule. That sounds like so much fun! But so as of right now, I'm taking Anatomy, Anatomy Lab, Advanced Emergency Care, AEC Lab, Psychobiology, and Intro to Religious Studies. Crossing my fingers I get into Physio.
Okaaaay, this is just me rambling on and on about uninteresting things, so here are the pictures I mentioned (as a heads up, these are on 35mm and 120mm film):
This is my favorite walkway at school. The trees cast these really nice shadows and it's always really pleasant. When you walk through them on hot days, your body temperature drops in a good way. It's really rather beautiful. This was on my Akira!
And this is in the center of campus, kind of. It's just a walk way. This was on my Holga!
They're really not significant pictures of my campus. But alas (earwax), they are the only pictures that I have.
Alright, guys, I'll leave you to your business then.
